Refund policy

Returns and refunds or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind so please choose carefully as there are no exceptions.  Returns are only accepted for faulty manufacturing of the frame or print and a return must be lodged within 14 days of delivery with photographic/video evidence of the problem.  The frame and print have a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults but this does not include fading of the print from direct sun.  Prints should be hung away from direct sunlight.
